Colored products come with the same warranty as white ceramic products. On dark-colored products and matte finish surfaces, regular soap buildup and other residues are more likely to become visible. The matte finishes on Ideal Standard ceramic products fully comply with the requirements of the European Regulation for resistance to chemicals and stains. IDEAL WARRANTIES AND PERFORMANCE DECLARATIONS A. Bathroom products made of vitreous porcelain by Ideal Standard are produced in accordance with European standards EN31, EN32, DIN1386, DIN19541, EN35, EN36, EN14528, EN33, EN34, EN37, EN38, EN997, EN80, DIN19542, and bear the CE marking, where applicable, in accordance with EN997 directive. Additionally, the production process is certified with the ISO 9001 quality assurance certificate. Main characteristics of porcelain products: Water absorption rate <0.5% Firing temperature 1200ºC – 1220ºC Resistance to acids, bases, hot water, staining, abrasion, thermal shocks Bending strength (500kg/cm2) B. Plastic products comply with the specifications of the European/Greek Standard ΣΕΠ 1044/89 and are covered by a 2-year warranty. C. Ceramic products comply with the specifications of ISO 9001, which became a European Standard with the code EN 29001, as well as with the standards ISO 228, 3822, EN 200, 248, and 1254, and are covered by a 5-year warranty. D. Artificial stone shower trays are manufactured according to the specifications of the European standard EN 14527 for shower trays. They are classified as Class 1 in terms of cleaning ability and durability, according to (EN 14527: 2010 5.2 and 5.3). They are categorized as Class C in terms of slip resistance, according to the German standard: DIN 51097, and are covered by a 5-year warranty.
