Product Details We use these wheels on High Speed Steel (HSS) and Tungsten Carbide gravers. By using these Diablade wheels you will be able to look after your gravers and keep them sharp. The wheel will not give under pressure due to the metal backing. Size 25mm x 2mm and mounted onto a 2.35mm screw mandrel with backing plate to ensure stability and precision. Available in the following 3 grades: Coarse (Green) – re-shaping Medium (Blue) – pre-polising Fine (Yellow)- regular high shine polishing – for regular maintenance polishing to keep your gravers sharp Recommended use at 5,000-8,000 RPM (do not exceed 10,000 RPM)
