At Mathrubhumi Books, we partner with trusted third-party logistics
service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ensure the safe and timely delivery
of your orders.

• Once your order is shipped and handed over to our Logistic Partner,
  you will receive shipping details and tracking information via your
  registered email address and/or mobile number.
• Please note that our dispatch centres do not operate on weekends
  (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays
  will be processed on the next working day.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timelines
communicated to you, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Logistical challenges or transportation disruptions;
• Adverse weather conditions;
• Political disturbances, strikes, employee lockouts, elections,
  lockdowns, containment zones, or similar events;
• Force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters;
• Any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
